Hi, just a question. I am very noob, I thinks the autoblogs get their post from rss from other blogs, right? Don't they get with problems with copyright?

Please don't laugh at me, it's just to know if the autoblogs is something you do in offshore hosting, or if you can set your autoblogs in a normal account in a normal hosting, because it's not ilegal.

For intance, If I wanted to use rss from a gossip site like thesuperficial, in their terms of use they state you can't just put their stuff in your website...

I know I know, we are talking about BH here, just wonder if it is or ins't legal, because your whole blog would be done with other people's stuff, and with advertise.

The only reason you need to worry about it, is whether Google hammer you for duplicate content.
Just get a rewrite plugin to use and you'll be fine. You can slo mix in your own content to make things look better.
You dont need offshore hosting for blogs, if you ever had any problems then you would just be asked to remove the content
BTW dont bump your own posts:)

Sorry for the bump, and thank you for your kind answer.

So I shouldn't worry about using proxies and private registration for domains and hosting if Im gonna make blogs with feeds from sites that do not have a creative commons license to their stuff?

I alaways use private reg for my domains, just a habit I've got into.
No need to use proxies because even if anyone asks you to take any stuff down then the hosting will just email you (or sometimes suspend) the blogs that you have.
Its best IMHO to use seperate free hosting for each of your sites or if you are using paid hosting to use seperate IPs that way if you get a site banned then they cant all be related together for a joint ban.
At the end of the day as long as you are not doing anything highly illegal then you will be Ok. If you are doing anything highly illegal then the authorities can trace you very easily anyway even using proxies. (unless you are very highly skilled).
Nicking a bit of content is not classed as highly illegal.
Dont worry too much, just get on and do it and you will find out by trial and error what works and what doesnt.
