As anyone doing FB ads surely knows, they use the site MyWoT to check the "trustworthiness" of your website. If MyWoT doesn't like it, your ads don't run.

Since MyWoT has a notoriously prissy body of raters, and is easy for competitors to manipulate, a guy's gotta have some workarounds.

Does anyone have advice for getting around MyWoT's influence over Facebook, by either altering your actual MyWoT rating or preventing FB from being able to see your bad rating in the first place?

    Thanks,
    Red

you can also do that. I had a research on it couple of days before and I read that facebook is not working with mywot any more as they were in a kind of fraud. You can search this information on Google as well. mywot won't be a problem for you 100% sure.

Not sure where you read that, but Facebook is definitely still working with MyWot as of a few days ago. My rep over there gave me some grief about a few sites I wanted to send traffic to, and said he couldn't allow them on FB due to their MyWot rating.

I think it's better to combat the unfair raters all together helping each other
