MyThemeShop don't want to help me

    Hello,
    Few weeks ago I bought a theme from MyThemeShop. My first (and probably last) theme I'm buying from them. I registered my account, I paid 50$ for the theme, I downloaded the theme and then I logout because I was late at midday I need to go eating.

    When I went back, I uploaded the theme on my website but then I needed some technical help. I went on their forum, I tried to login with my data but I wasn't able to login.
    Then I tried to get back my password using the Password Recovery... but I wasn't able to do this. They said my email wasn't registered on their database.
    I then registered another account asking for them to help me get back my account. I also gave them the paypal transaction ID but they don't want to help me recover my account. I don't know what happened - maybe and probably I made some typo writing my email on registration because as I said I was late.
    Now they don't want to help me... what should I do to get support from them? Buying the theme I paied for supports as well...

    I also have themes with them but have never had any issues with their support besides sometimes it can be a bit slow but anyway, it's hard to just believe one side of the story without any screenshots and stuff.

    I don't know if any of them are a member here maybe @Zwielicht or @BassTrackerBoats knows.

    Thank you for your answer... As I said I gave them the whole Paypal transation ID... I don't know what should I really do more to prove I'm the owner...

    Probably they ignored me. I'm still waiting for their answer from 2 weeks

    Keeping you waiting for 2 weeks after you bought the theme and never use it is very unprofessional. Try calling them.

    OP - I have used them for a few years and never had any issues including having multiple accounts across various ventures. I personally find their support superb both admin and technical. My advice is to contact their admin/accounts team and provide the Paypal transaction code again, explaining the simple issue of email misspelling. If you are not trying to scam them, I am sure they will be happy to help.

    Email Eric - [email protected]. He's always gotten back to me within a few days.

    We have to support each other - not run and leave a bad review because we're impatient.

    They should be able to recover or create a new account for you with the PayPal transaction id. Try contacting them again, if they don't want to answer, why don't you open a dispute in PayPal?
