My hosting panel is showing that I am running at maximum resources all the time with a few drops downs but then its back up in the red on memory usage, virtual memory usage and i/o usage.
The errors all generally contain "09:53:54 UTC] WordPress database error MySQL server has gone away for query SELECT".
The result is that my sites are often offline. Im not having much luck with my hosting who just keep increasing my resources which after a while get used up. I have tried to get them to get into my logs and workout whats causing the errors but Im not sure they even know. Ive killed a few plugins etc and they uploaded a new php.ini file but still the same. The sites were running fine on the old resource limits so just increasing them is not the answer.
My question is is this something I can fix with the access I have via cpanel or is this a hosting issue that only they can fix.
Thank you
