i use a few but some days i get lots of adds and others just 10-20.

google 'whore train' or 'myspace train'

use all of them then you will get loads of adds and does it really matter as with each one you get friends

i want to know is it really worth to add friends using myspace train? I have seen that most of the trains add bot as a friends. Please suggest me nice myspace train too.

and also dont know what a myspace train is.

whore trains are quite common, theres is alot out there, easy to make your own, and add random people.. search for myspace whore train

I use to own a whore train software that had all the whore trains listed and it would sign you up to all the whore train websites out there.

For those of you who are wondering what a train is, it's essentially a way to get friends on MySpace by connecting with other people looking for friends. I personally don't like whore trains. It's like garbage traffic. From my experience the quality traffic comes from methods that require slightly more work.
