Myspace Marketing

Anyone running ads on myspace to affiliate offers. I try to ad the affiliate link directly on my ad and its telling my that the url destination is no good. Anyone had the same problem. If so what can i do?

create your own landing page and than it doesn't matter

Yes I run ads of Facebook and now I applied the same methods to MySpace on their new Ad serving System. As mystic stated you should have your own landing page and URL. I find this much more better than direct linking. Even if you dont use the landing page use a redirect. Usually I also find that with my own landing pages the conversions are higher. Also with the use of your landing pages you could also promote the offers using other methods that do not allow direct linking. So you can kill two birds with one stone to say the least.

I am having issues on Myspace as well. Did they change their policies on marketing? I had one account closed last week for what they call spamming.

Hum amazing if you are buying traffic how can you be spamming... LOL... If that was true every ad on myspace is spamming. Anyone here make landing pages or have examples of a landing page so i can look at it.
