Myspace band promotion

I need some useful tips to climb the myspacecharts and drive real people to my page.......my highest position has been 8 overall for unsigned bands but I don't understand how I reached that high......now i'm completely off the charts.....I have a friend bot and a play increaser but I use it wisely....does adding friends effect your chart position? does anyone know the ratio myspace uses for their charts? (friends, profile views, play ect...) any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank so much!

i am not quite sure, but i think the number of plays is more important than the number of friends.

may i ask you which play increaser you are using?
