hello friends having a problem in registration form on my website
here is the Screenshot http://prntscr.com/l0t5bu
it says "Please enter the code exactly how it appears in the image."
but i cant see the image , i tried google search and all shits but didn't find the solution,
your help will be appreciated

Switch ad blocker off if that don't help switch all plugins off and empty cache and retry.

clear cache and cookies, i guess that will fix your problem buddy!

Try a different browser with no add-ons and you never use. For me that is usually the build in IE
