My youtube video is blocked due to copyright infringment how to get around that?

    ok ive took this one video from youtube and re-uploaded and its blocked worldwide due to copy right infringments ,is there anyway to get around this so my next video can get seen?

    Change framerate timing, slow it down or speed it up is what works I have been told. Also I have read that its tied to the soundtrack more than the video, try playing with it a bit.

    YouTube is being a bit of a bastard at the moment. Audio is easy, just use Audacity and alter the pitch by 1 semitone, it's the video that's the problem.
    I've added watermarks of different sizes and colours, extended the playing length and even overlayed a semi-transparent layer to the whole video and it still knows!
    Apparently their algorithm recognizes movement so fuck knows how to bypass that!

    so youtube would be fine with a
    music song pitched by 1 semitone and a wallpaper as picture?

    Yes, still pictures and slideshows are fine, just alter the pitch of the music. It's video content that is a bitch.
    Vids are compared to a database of copyrighted material, if the owner hasn't added their stuff to youtubes database you're fine anyway.
