So I saw a lot of people doing this shorts spamming thing and I decided to try it. I made an account and I started the spamming with a minecraft video (its viral now), things were fine for like 4 days, and yesterday I started to get less views, I mean I got almost all of my videos 1k+ views and now I just got 300-900 views per video. Today I woke up and saw Youtube deleted the channel. I uploaded 40-70 of the same video everyday, I got 2k subs/per day, it was very good. I dont know why did I get banned. I didnt use any vpn or software and things like that. I just uploaded the videos manually on my phone. Can anyone tell me what was the problem? (A lot of other people doing this and they dont get banned e.g: Roblox Shorts, he spams everday the same video)

Soon or later they all will be deleted or banned. You have just been caught quickly enough. 40-70 of the same videos is the reason for your ban.

And if I delete my videos when I reach 10k? And sell the account?

Yes, you could do that, or just start uploading quality videos and start monetizing the channel.

So I wont get banned if I delete my videos on 10k and I start uploading quality content, and does it help if I turn off subscriber count? A lot of shorts spammer do it , idk why

This is not a method to grow your account it's getting banned sooner or later, it's churn and burn method to get traffic and impressions and most people are using it for CPA or affiliate offers.
What is CPA? And isnt that a solution if I delete my videos, and I sell the account?

Spamming type of YouTube account, as @srdjan87 mentioned, would nowadays get suspended (banned) sooner than expected. So, what people do is churn & burn youTube accounts, however with a strategy that you've achieved your objectives per account within a few days before each account is banned.
