so finally after 2 months and 30 video uploaded
I have hit 500 sub and 100K views and 4000 watch hour. I am happy to be approve of youtube partner program today
I need another 500 sub to get real revenue probably it will be by end of the year
I have spend 200 hours on this. I have premade video for the next 2 week. I upload every alternate day
each video take me 3-4 hours
This channel is all done thru white hat and no blackhat. no buying sub, no buying view or watch hour
my advice for everyone starting out. just because you are new doesnt mean youtube will not give you a chance
my channel is not about ranking. None of my video except a few probably has some keyword to rank for. I can say 95% of my video my title is something nobody would search for
every new channel youtube will give you a chance to show on the homepage so your first 3 - 5 video is the most important. if you miss this I suggest you to start all over again
To succeed here is my advice
your thumbnail is probably the most important. When it appear on youtube home page for other user the thumbnail is the first thing they see, so the thumbnail must be clickbait, second the user will see your title so it must also clickbait. Dont use the title on the thumbnail it will be a waste. youtube know what your video is about as long as there is spoken words unless you are doing rain sound than youtube might not know what your video is about
now then you have thumbnail and title as clickbait
the user click on your video the first 30 seconds dont ask them to subscribe it will just push other away, in fact the first 30 seconds you must hook them to continue, youtube analyse a video if the user stay for more than 30 seconds or not, it doesnt matter if your video is 10 mins or 2 hours long.
finally to really succeed your content must be related to your thumbnail and your title since you clickbait them to click and your video must be good.
that is what I do since 1st september
good luck
I have been making video everyday
will be start a new channel on another niche soon
