    Hello Hatters,

This may sound a very newbie question but I will appreciate to get help on it:

    1. Is there a way to make multiple posts in WordPress other than to do it one by one. Like may be something like importing the files from an external database all at once?

    2. My sites are being Ranked on Google 1st page, but the search results show the first page, and the indented results are shown as "page 2", "page 3". I would like to see the categories being listed instead of numerical pages. Anyone help with this?

What is your permalink structure like?

most people have it setup for /%category%/%postname%/

Do you have your categories showing excerpts or full text?

Like a previous poster said - setup your permalinks properly. Here are some choices:

    /%category%/%postname%
    /%postname%

Also set the number of posts you want to show on a page at the same time and if you want an excerpt or the full text. On my better sites I create a page with the keyword I'm targeting and set it as the static page for any visitors to my home page. I do this so I have an 'H1' title on my home page as recommended for SEO purposes. Also it looks better than most auto-posts.
