1.After creating Whatsapp,warmup it with your different contacts(preferred)/friends and chat along with them to gain trust.
2.You should do the step 1 for atleast 2-3 days because remember,whatsapp is very sensitive and fast to banning users.
3.You should go very slow in the first week and use different whatsapp accounts to do whatever ypu wish to,just make sure that whatever you do is possible as a normal and slow human and you are ready to go.
4.For promotion,your method is good but follow the 3 steps above that I told you,also you should chat with your different accounts daily to emulate human behavior as much as possible!
