my WhatsApp business account was banned and support doesn't answer
in the afternoon of 13th of the March, I just notified my WhatsApp logged out of my account.
in fact, both my normal WhatsApp and business accounts were banned at the same time . they were different numbers
I was using original Apps
first the ban message was like this
I started to talk with WhatsApp support [email protected]
and they were replaying the same message
but after days the ban message changed to this one.
their repeated message is this :
I'm using VPN and proxy because WhatsApp also is banned in my country Iran and we have to use VPNs
and now since 25 the of march they don't even replay these repeated messages to my support tickets
my normal WhatsApp is now opened and unbanned but the business account is still banned and I don't know what should I do and where to contact
