What should I do to reclassify that my website is safe to visit?

Your website must be containing some keywords or content like articles nd images that aligns with this 'explicit' side. Try to get that content removed and you should be fine.

What is your website about? The explicit issue occurs when -

A. Your site actually talks about topics that Google thinks of as explicit.

B. Your site is hacked and contains newly added explicit content.

C. The ads you're serving on your site are explicit in nature.

You'll have to figure out the cause and then remove it get rid of the SERP warnings.

Yes. Some images and keywords are explicit in nature. Will remove that ASAP. Thank you.

Thank you for the insights. It's not the ads but the keywords and some images.
But other websites in the same niche don't show such warnings. I wonder.
