One idiot from hackforums ddosing my website. Its down since 24 hours. I know the guy, knows where his servers are located, his domain names and all. Where to complaint?

When I checked the whois details of his website which he is using for selling his ddos service, it is registered with namecheap. So can I complaint to namecheap also?

help me frineds, as many of you know how helpless we are against these type of DDOS attacks.

EDIT : My website is completely legit amazon affiliate site.

    Install Cloudflare. Problem solved.
Also get a CDN while you are at it.

    Namecheap terms:
"You may not use Namecheap's servers and your domain as a source, intermediary, reply to address, or destination address for mail bombs, Internet packet flooding, packet corruption, or other abusive attack. Server hacking or other perpetration of security breaches is prohibited. You agree that Namecheap reserves the right to deactivate your domain name from its DNS system if Namecheap deems it is the recipient of activities caused by your site that threaten the stability of its network."

I would definetely report to namecheap...
