I find many urls that do not exist on my website when I site my domain.

There is not any one of them on my website. When I click these urls, the page redirect to another site.
I use wordpress for this site, and I find index.php has been modified.

I have recovered this file. Now when I click these urls, it redirects to my home page. But these urls are still remain on google. What was worse, these urls are increasing every day.
What can I do? How can I delete these urls on google. These urls are over 200. Do it a big matter to my site for google?
I hope some one can help me, thank you.

first of all stop panicking as you said you have recovered the files is this mean your site is now working correctly? If yes then wait for few days and the urls will be removed from google.

Man, unfortunately cleaning up after a hack is art, not science. You gotta find how they got in, clean it up, clean up the database, clean up the php files, clean up hidden rootkits and backdoors.....and so on...

Last year a motherfucker decided to do this to an installation I was admin for, real pain in the ass, 3 nights without sleep, 60 packs of cigarrettes and a divorce.
