My web 2.0 (tier 1) are ranking for the keyword but not my money page!

So I built a money page on a newly launched cb product and created 10 web 2.0 and blasted cheap pbn service to it (around 500 links) . The thing is my web 2.0 are ranking for the keyword(s) but not the money page.

I used generic anchor text to link from web 2.0 to my money page but all the links built to my web 2.0 are exact match. Should I change the money page anchor text from generic to exact?

I use exact match or partial anchors for my strong links.

Sometimes ill use url or branded to avoid over optimization but most of the time ill use a anchor with the keyword in it.

Your strongest links should always be exact match.. change the anchor text and use naked urls, brand names etc. for the weaker links.. use the exact match anchor for around 10-20% of your strongest backlinks

I got the same problem once.. im my case i just gave it some time and the page is rank also for the keyword
