My verified NON-US PayPal account got limited, what to do?!

Alright so i honestly just use paypal to recieve payments from my CPA company, but today my account got limited and they are asking me to provide a credit card statement, which is pretty hard to provide since i used a virtual credit card to verify my account and use it.
So what should i do? Could i make a new account from the same IP? Or yeah...The fuck should i do?

but i dont get why they would limit your account when a CPA network pays you or has it been limited by some other issue?

They are claiming that they have noticed unusual activity on my credit card.

thought so because havent seen anyone face issues by a CPA company paying through paypal but try get hold of the dude maybe he can help you out...

Could i use my un-used LAPTOP and connect it to my neighbours wi-fi and then make a new account?
Also would i be able to send 30 usd from my advertisement company to the new un-verified account and then send the 30 usd to purchase a VCC?
Or would the account get limited as soon as i try to send some money?
