I still get some mileage out of usfreeads. Also I like backpages and kiiji. I'll even use craigslist sometimes and just let an ad run for three weeks to temporarily boost ranking for my articles.

Do you think you need to add to the oriignal pre-sell page to make it stay fresh? Or can you keep just submitting to ezinearticles and building links to both the article and landing page? This does seem good if the niche is picked right. Also maybe throw in more keyword phrases in the articles that are low comp so that the you can get picked up for other phrases.
