I setup interspire email marketer to send email recently, about 300,000 contacts.

Now my hosting account is suspended, i got this email:

Your hosting account has been suspended due violation of the Terms of Service related to section 7.00 Inappropriate Content.
    http://www.hostable.com/Terms-of-Service.aspx
Details of the account are below:
    Product/Service: Unlimited Hosting Plan
    Domain: 7032.a.hostable.me

What can i do to get it back?

    Please advice me.
I can submit a support ticket. But what am i going to say to them? any idea?

    thanks

If you sent 300,000 unsolicited email then there's a very good chance you won't get it back. If they were Opt In, then send them a support ticket explaining that. Of course, if they've got several email complaints for spam (not saying they do, I said IF), your support ticket will hit a wall and be ignored.

    Good luck!

When it comes to sending loads of emails always ask your host about the limits before joining.

Because of the spamming issue, you are not likely to get the account back. For other cases, it is possible.
