I have a brilliant idea(which will get many people interested if they just read the Text 'HOW TO XXXXXXX') and i am planning to write a Ebook on it and sell it with a salespage....It's related to Internet marketing...

The only problem is i don't find keywords with enough traffic that i can use as a source of traffic for selling my ebook.

I am so sure that if i get visitors i can have a lot of sales but there is no keywords that can bring in the visitors.....

How can i sell this Product?

    Useful Answers will be repped.

Hmm, Advertise on forums, Adwords, Social Bookmarking/Social Media.

Hire somebody to promote it. Setup an affiliate program with ejunky or something.

Well, If it is webmasters related, do placement targeted campaigns of targetted sites like, DP.

If it has something to do with any particular niche, go to www.google.com/adplanner & put in your competitor sites & see which of them are in google content network, find all the related sites, advertise on placement targetted sites, pay only 0.05 per click, Once you get some sales, you can ask your customers to promote it for you, Do some list exchanges.Thats all abt it

Forum marketing and web 2.0 marketing will help you out a ton.

With regards to not finding keywords with enough traffic: What to you classify as not enough?

I can guarantee that if you target enough low traffic keywords, you will build up a solid traffic stream from it alone.

And once you get a converting sales page, create an affiliate program and get affiliates promoting it for you. That way you can focus on customer support and such.

To be honest, I don't think there is such a thing as permanent set and forget traffic.

You're either going to be paying for constant traffic (PPC and Banner advertising) or you will have to be maintaining your traffic streams via web 2.0.

In my experience, the web 2.0 and forum traffic will slow down after a while (how long depends on your original marketing scheme) so you will need to maintain every so often.

The closest you can get to a strong, automated traffic stream would be creating a strong affiliate program. And remember, you only want to begin getting affiliates once the conversion rates are high. Or you will lose them all.

Yes there are permanent set and forget traffic.

I have this another site selling a product which ranks no2 for a good keyword....

I made this site 1 year before and worked on getting backlinks for a couple of months....After that all i do everyday is spend my time in BHW and check my paypal to see how much i have earned for the day.

It's has been one year now and i am getting the same kinda traffic and sales like a clockwork.....

That's y i cannot imagine selling a product without google traffic....

I find it hard to beleive that a product can be sold profitably without the google traffic....

The adwords rates are unaffordable....I wonder how you guys are doing it without google's help.

Sorry for the "brain fart" - completely forgot about taking organic traffic into account

you sure you are searching or targeting right keywords? I'm not trying to sound like a smart ass, but if people aren't searching for what your product does, or for the benefits using your product would provide then how do you know there will be demand for it?

If its a totally new idea, then focus on keyword optimizing benefits of it like "make money from home" or "passive income" or whatever benefits it has. I also agree with you about set and forget traffic, I wouldn't go into a niche market if I can't get most traffic through search engines.

Take the 'Make solar power generators at home' niche for example...

People were not searching for 'how to generate power at home from solar panels"

But once they see a salespage they think it's doable and pounce on it and buy it.

These solar power guys are the best sellers in Clickbank now.
