My tribute to "Just do it fucking now"

Take a step back, look at what you are doing when you get on the computer. If you dont make much money online its because you are simply reading, and looking out for new opportunities. This is one of the most crippling habits in the online world. You need to balance research with action.

When I first started out online in march 2008 I pretty much just 'researched' and wondered why I never made any money. When I realised what i was doing, something clicked. I thought to myself... is it really that easy? Is that what I have been doing wrong for all these months? Just buying and downloading product after product.

Yes, it is that easy. Theres many methods and techniques you can use to make money online. The problem is, most people try it for one day at the most, dont make any money, then move onto something else. As if they are in some kind of rush, (oh no this didnt make me anything today, what a waste of time!). So then you move on to the next technique, do the same thing, and fail. This cycle continues until you give up, or for as long as you can live. It is vicious, and oh so embarrassing when you find out the simple reason why you are failing so much.

Just. Fucking. DO IT!

Pick a method, any!

Do some research about it, see if other people are using it. See how long the method has been around for, how useful people say it is. Dont get fooled by one or a few people saying it is a scam. Because these people could have tried it for a day and failed. The method may be fine, but the user is not.

Dont worry about how long research takes, as long as you feel that you know the ins and outs of said method. Some methods take longer than others to learn depending on your current knowledge.

Whilst im ranting I may as well bring up this point:

You don't have to be a know it all to make heaps of money. You just have to be able to execute methods successfully. You do NOT have to be clever or a genius, but of course if you are the above, this is a great advantage.

You could go to blackhatworld to look around for a method you like, but remember there are other forums and blogs you can participate on to find out what method(s) you really want to implement.

Dont rush.

Avoid information overload.

Follow what is related to your personality, likes/dislikes.

Do what interests you.

Crack open a beer and play this game we call IM.

awesome post, i know what you mean with all you said... when I first started I didnt take action for many many months, maybe even a year. Then i followed through with a few techniques 1 of my 4 I decided was bad and ditched it, recently im getting tired of my old methods and want to build on more...but i found myself doing again exactly what you said reading and downloading too much without any action.... so this has semi inspired me to realize how lame im being and need to take action on some of these new methods iv read about and think can work.

The worst that can happen is you can get into millions of dollars of debt and waste your lifetime. But that's just me being overly pessimistic. It's just a balance of thinking, then doing. Some people just think, some people just do. The successful ones balance these two elements.

thanks for the post man, its crazy how it really is just about doing it. After reading your post and the Just do it fucking now post, I went and did the research that I have been putting off. And it only took me 30 mins and I have found a new really profitable niche with no competition. Again thanks, I always forget that just cause Im making money, doesnt mean I cant be making more.

your thread inspired me to make myself a work schedule.... no more sleeping in for me, and doing whatever i feel like working on -whenever i feel like it.... well actually it is because its my choices because of this badass career im in but keeping myself on task more is really going to pay off.

I had a lot of trouble with this for a very long time (still do, sometimes).

I ended up making my wallpaper on my computer black with white text "Stop Fucking Around and Make Money"
