People still fall this crap?

The reason why he is not using his own accounts is very simple, traffic quality is bad. It might be incentivized or bots something that cpa networks are against.

So he is banned from networks, now it depends if you want to risk your account and personal liability too if you "Scam" the cpa networks for big amount.
 
I dont understand why you dont create the accounts yourself ? I have account on cpalead ,cpagrip and adworkmedia also ,if you want contact me
 
The process of getting accepted into those networks is not very difficult, so why not try for it and take it all?

What is the share you are offering? I have them. pm me
 
Sending some bots to fill surveys and then getting away with part of the profit before cpa network notices and bans you... that is exactly what my first thought about this was.
