Here is a list of productivity tools that I have benefited from immensely. Please feel free to share your top tools for productivity.

DarkRoom - Similar to writeroom in Mac. It turns intro one big black text editor. Fullscreen, free from any distraction. Writer's bloc? Keep staring at that blinking cursor, or start writing. You only have these two option. Or you could just close the app, kill all chances of ever being productive and get back to fb/gmail/reddit and remain a worthless piece of shit for the rest of your life.

Q10 - Similar to DarkRoom but it comes with a timer for fast writing. The biggest pro is typewriter sounds as you type. I like typewriter sounds

LeechBlock for Firefox and StayFocused for chrome -- block certain sites, for a certain time.

Soothing music + headphones. Liszt, Mozart. But you would be just fine with anytype of music you like while working

    Declutter Your PC
Delete all shortcuts from your desktop.
Downloads folder gets cluttered easily. What I like to do is at the end of August I will create a folder called august and put all the files into it. Repeat it each month. Put 6+ months old files into external HD.

Acknowledging your fears -> i was afraid all the time when I was starting out. I was afraid the competition would be too big for a certain niche website. I would end up trying to tread upstream and get nowhere and my months of hardwork will be wasted. Two things: no amount of hardwork backed by a little thought ever gets wasted. Second: rise above your fears.
The best way I found to overcome my fears was through acknowledging it. I know the competition is too high. I know might be ill-equipped for the competition, I dont have xrumer or senuke or GSA or XYZ tool or resources for automation. The excuses are endless. List down all your excuses for not doing a certain project.
At the end of this list write down: I am going to do it anyway and succeed against all odds because that is how you win in life. I want to win. Winning is good.

Be disconnected. We are massively overconnected with the world around us. Do your work, make your backlinks, write your articles, build your websites. But after that, disconnect. Completely sever all forms of communication with the world. No phone, no internet, no reading. Spend atleast 15 minutes daily in this solitude. Calm and still. Breath. Smile, you have worked hard. I cannot explain in words how this will make you more productive, you have to do it to experience it.

Every Played RPG? RPG is role playing games. You play a certain role in order to win the game. I know about a game that I have playing since forever and its the biggest RPG game ever. Almost every one is playing it. Guess what it is? Keep guessing. In the mean time, read the guide for that game here:

Those aren't tools, lol. Perhaps you don't understand the meaning of 'productivity' tools.

My Top 1 anti-productivity tool is spending time on internet forums.

I thought that here are some tools, but actually there are tips what is also good.
I've been trying to find some software for Windows 8.1 similar to Ubuntu's desktop-splitting-thing to have some virtual workroom.

I am still looking for a solution (I could install some OS on my Virtual Machine, but it would have to be some cool OS so I can actually enjoy using it haha).
