My Tik Tok account is going viral right now and I have no idea what to do?

Any advice on how to monetize would help! I’m literally getting 5,000 plays per minute right now and tons of followers. Anyone experienced with Tik Tok? What can I do to monetize it? I’ve never had anything going this viral before and would like to take advantage of this opportunity.

Okay will get started on it right now! This is so nerve wrecking since IDK when the views will stop. But it’s literally going up faster and faster.

How do I promote it in a way without getting banned? I look for information on Tik Tok but there’s barely information on people monetizing it!

I didn’t have any methods to this. I just posted stuff and I got lucky. I’m getting like 100 new followers every minute right now.

I’m trying to monetize it in a way without getting banned.
 
If you are getting followers and you posted legit content, I wouldn't rush this. Is it Original Content of you or just something you ripped from someone else? I don't know how Tik Tok works.

This is mine. I decided to add my Fortnite creator code since a lot of kids and teens use TikTok! I’ll update in a week to see how this will convert! I’m excited
 
I would agree with others saying do not rush to monetize. Fortnite creator code is about as far as I would go. If you're creating original content try and build an audience on another platform (YouTube/Instagram) so you don't have all your eggs in the TikTok basket. This is how a lot of Viners started their careers, Enjajaja is a good example.

People like you. You wont be a one hit wonder. That's why they are following you. Make this a long term journey. Follow the advice from @Drought above me. Don't push yourself too hard on everyone. Don't spam new content. Just take your time and let it grow naturally. You might have a career ahead as a legitimate content creator.

I only started TikTok because I read on BHW how TikTok might be the next big thing. Wanted to have an account for it. I already have IG but I’ll link my TikTok to IG for more exposure.

Yes thank you! TikTok is barely becoming popular so who knows what they’ll do in the future. I’m getting like hundreds of followers every minute right now. I think the best thing I can do is reach out to brands for brand awareness. Thank you for all your advice! I’m also linking my IG so I’ll get more exposure.
 
maybe try to get them onto other platforms? that way you won't have to deal with tiktok

Yes I’m linking them to my other IG account with like 80,000+ followers. I was using TikTok as a backup account. Had no idea it would be trending over night. But I’m glad now that I have two platforms to depend on.
 
Interesting. May I ask what kind of videos you create for the app?
 
i browse tiktok sometimes i never see content creators monetize it
sometimes i see profile spammers -- they put link in bio for 'like' generators and like your posts to get page views
how would i go about it...find something cool to drop ship & make a video with it/ put link in your bio
 
You can sell shout-outs, promote your website and sell what you show them
 
I would personally add links to my PERSONAL social media & build my brand up as me
