Hi everyone, I thought it's about time I share the success that I've had, thanks to everything I've learned here at BHW.

I started off selling software on eBay (a few years ago) where I could make about £20 a day, that was awesome :) Then of course the inevitable happened and PayPal shut my little thing I had going down.

I didn't want to let that stop me, so I signed up for SWReg, who could take PP payments on my behalf. I had a crappy pure HTML website I made, I can't believe people bought the software from it. Needless to say, the conversions weren't that great. (I don't even know how they found my site in the first place.)

I decided to take a leap of faith and spend everything I still had left on a proper site redesign and starting an AdWords campaign. I couldn't believe how much it grew in the space of a few weeks.

But I wanted more, and this is where BHW came in. I'm now ranking #1 for some seriously competitive keywords on Google, bringing not only paid but also organic results.

I looked back, and thought about the "next step". Of course, I would have to get other people to sell this software for me!

So I made another website (SWReg doesnt do affiliate programs) and started accepting payment with Plimus, which is great by the way and the affiliates came crawling after a while. I didn't actively advertise anywhere except on the Plimus forum and marketplace.

Most of these new affiliates ended up not doing anything, and then a few weeks later a big roller came in. He saw the potential and reward (75% commission) and started making around 20 sales a day. I couldn't believe it.

Over the next few months, a some more people came and went, but the site constantly grew and got busier and busier.

Here's a picture for all you guys who like the earning shots ;)

All of my work has finally paid off, and now I'm working towards my next project, it's got a bigger market so I hope it will be more rewarding in the long run.

Please note, I am NOT asking or accepting affiliate requests or providing more information than already on this thread, please don't PM me about the niche etc. I will happily answer any public questions that don't expose my target market.

    Thanks :)

I'm actually more interested in the product creation and stuff. Anything you want to let go about that? Or perhaps in PM. Thanks.

The software is actually available for free, however people are happy to pay for it because people think they are getting something better than free stuff if it costs them money ;) So I just repack it into my own software and employ some freelancer support team for $60 a month and it all runs in the background now. It literally costs me about 1 hour a week to keep it running.

Because there is software available that does the end job for free elsewhere, this software is only purchased by the less intelligent side of the world. Sure I get a lot more retarded support questions, but my refund/chargeback rate is below 1% ;) not bad right?

Heh. Didn't think that would actually work... The thought has crossed my mind in the past, but I simply figured people would think for a second and google the software and then get it for free.

    Good job, Ziloo :)

I am in exactly same niche as you, I think :p

This is way to go. I have always followed this model.

See something working and instead of being affiliate for them, create it yourself.

For an example: I promote clickbank product. I make 50% for each sale of the ebook.

Better way is to pay $250 for someone to create similar ebook. For another $100 bucks I will make a website that is similar to clickbank product.

Now I get to keep 100% of profits.

I have done it with 10ns of courses and ebooks.
