First of all I want to thank this community and let you guys know that I owe a lot to BHW. My journey really started here a couple of years ago. Oh boy, I made a lot of mistakes, had small successes but I never stopped believing in achieving my dream and that kept me going. I failed at IM for the past 2-3 years! The big picture became clear to me once I understood that I needed to specialize in one skill set and try to be the best at it. Now if you ask me, that is the real secret to success. Focus only on one thing at a time. Before that I was trying everything. This should be familiar with the noobs trying to learn every course/method/tool/get.rich.overnight.with.a.push.of.a.button system out there.

I like to share a success story of mine on BHW. I recently sold a website for $5K+ on Flippa. I invested around 6 months into this website to get it ranked in the top 5. The main keyword had high competition of around 5million competing pages and most of the domains in the top 10 had high PR. The domain now has a PR4 and multiple PR5 and PR6 inner pages. It was making around $250-$300 a month. I think I sold for a very nice price. It could have been more if I had invested in more content. I roughly covered only 30%-40% of the keywords I wanted to rank. I think that the site was capable of making at least $750+ a month with good monetization.

The reason I sold the site is because I wanted to invest in more websites. Currently I'm working on 51 micro niche sites and 3 big sites. These micro niche sites have very good search volumes, $1+ CPC and low competition. My new goal is to make $5 a day on average per site as a minimum. That should be doable goal. I am considering selling the sites on Flippa once they make a stable income. From there I want to continue to invest in more sites and get more SEO clients. Besides I'm also thinking of starting a new blog commenting service in the future. I think I could provide really great value through this service.

I guess there is just simply nothing to it. If you want success, go get it! Looking back 6 months from now I never thought I would be at this position working on 54 sites. Things move fast when you have money to invest. I guess the ball is rolling for me now. I want to keep this momentum going.

I haven't reached my ultimate goal yet so I still have a lot of work to do. Luckily I'm only 20 years young! I'll be donating soon because that is the least I could do to give back for all the information I received from this wonderful community! I got love for this place even though I haven't been that active. Guess I'm going to change that too and become more active. I hope this can be a sort of inspiration for others to keep believing in their dream and never ever thinking of giving up.

    Thanks! That's the plan alright.

Due to the low competition they really do not need a lot of work. I am planning on blasting them with my high quality Scrapebox AA/moderated list, build link pyramids with SEnukeX and run AMR.

Thank! I know but at first this looks like something really difficult.

Thanks! Yeah it's also on there :) I also had to post it here because my journey started here and not on TV.

Wow, I'm not sure whether you read the thread at all.

Moayediyan, congrats and keep it up. If you achieve your goal, you might as well double the microniche sites and, even if you wouldn't sell any of them, you still would have a substantial income.

Thanks! But don't know where you get the extra 10K a year :p

Yeah I have to see how things go. Once I get these ranking and earning money I'll probably reinvest the profit into more sites. This way I can build a nice automated income.

    PM Sent ;)

Congrats man! Sounds like you've found a method that works, now rinse and repeat.

I noticed that you mention that you want to get each website to $5/day. While that may seem achievable sometimes there will be websites that simply won't hit that goal. What I recommend doing is setting up some type of time frame that you'll work on all the websites, building content, backlinks, etc. If some sites don't make the $5/day cut, then put them on the backburner for a while and focus on those sites that are making you the most money.

After building those sites that ARE working out to even more, then return to the sub-par earners and begin a second round of backlinks/content. If those simply don't work after the second round, and several months of link aging, then either flip them or just set them to the side.

When I was starting out, like you, I wanted to hit a goal like that for each site. Some sites I had no problem achieving those types of goals, others no matter how hard I tried just wouldn't work. I spent far to much time on the bullshit, no ROI sites that I should have focused on the true money makers.

Good luck and be sure to diversify your sources of income, don't rely solely on Adsense.
