My site was stolen and I can't get it back - how to get it removed from Google?

Long story short, I was scammed on Flippa by some Indian basta*d. After I had the site for a couple of months, he gained access to the domain and hosting (both were still registered under his name, my stupidity I know...) so there is nothing I can do to get the site back.

Now I am hoping to ruin the site in some way so that at least it doesn't make this fu*ker any money. Since most of the traffic to the site comes from google, getting it sandboxed would do the trick pretty well.

Can this be done in any way? I was thinking of buying a couple of huge scrapebox/Xrumer blasts and use just one keyword as the anchor text for all the blasts. I know Google is good at detecting this kind of black hat SEO so could this be enough to get the site sandboxed or at least cause a drop in SERPs?

I know this won't help me in any way but I hate this scumbag so much that it really is worth the effort to me.

If you have any other ideas on how to damage the site in any way feel free to share them. (Btw, he is already banned on Flippa so they won't be able to do anything...)

So you brought a site but left everything under his name for a couple of months?

A free 12-month hosting was provided with the auction so I decided to use it and then switch once it expires. The main problem is that I don't have access to the domain. If I had, I could just change the nameservers and upload the site to my hosting from back-up.

This was the first site that I have bought ever and I forgot to ask him to push the domain to me during the transfer. I know this is all my fault to a large extent but it doesn't change the fact that the guy is a scammer and a huge d*ck.

How much did you lose? Maybe forget about it and move on? Yea you might get the site slapped for a while but you might end up making the site stronger, use your experience and make something else
 
No point in trying to get it sandboxed if its not a new domain as it won't stay sandboxed for long and it could come out of sandbox stronger than ever. The worst thing that you could do is click on his adsense with public proxies or report him to his affiliate manager (depends on monetization method)

I know, it was a huge mistake but I was new to buying sites back then. I actually did not lose any money on this per se. In the 4 months that I "owned" the site it has paid itself back completely and I achieved a 100% ROI a few weeks ago. However, I did put a lot of effort into the site and it has really started to bring nice amount of cash lately. If it wasn't stolen it would be on its way to making $400 this month. Bear in mind the site cost me just $700!

So I am mostly pissed off about losing all the time and effort that I put into it. I basically brought this site to completely new level just to have it stolen once the hard work finally started paying off and the site started making pure profit.

And when I wrote to this scumbag, insisting that I want the domain that I paid for, he replied to my email with: "lolz".

So yeah, it's pretty hard for me to just let this slide and let him enjoy the fruits of MY hard work while he laughs at me...

He uses a CPA network, I will definitely contact them and see if I can at least get him banned.

I feel your frustration. The guy must be a total dick.

But unfortunately you didn't get a foothold on the site- no proof of ownership other than the flippa sale so I guess it will be difficult to retrieve.

I could think of loads of ways to piss the guy off, but is it really worth it? Let him be a wank if he wants to be but he won't get anywhere in live if he can't do things for himself.
Count yourself lucky that you have the skills and spend your time building a new project rather than wasting it on that mug.

Porn links,just keep building porn links,use obscene anchortext the site will drop.Ping the porn links as well.
Keep doing this and he will not come back.Why not post the url here.I'm sure we can all do our bit lol.
He will be using shitty quick links to keep the site going,this combined with porn links will see his site drop.
You might spend 30 minutes a week doing this,just keep it up every week and he'll disappear.

Shame you put so much work in and were robbed,I certainly wouldn't let it go.

Hacking is a good idea as well,covert hacking would be better e.g the site points to porn sites.
 
If you added the site to google webmaster tools you can have it deindexed.

Site config -> Crawler access -> Remove url

This is exactly what i thought, i've been in similar situations before and your pride is what hurts you the most, but now, when i think about it, i've just wasted my time and nerves. So if you can't do much about it, just let it go.
 
Also send useless traffic to his CPA link, or paid signups which would get his CPA acccount banned. Try microworkers or something.
 
Post the site here - we'll al try to help you) As for destorying the site - you can use a big amount of porn links (Scrapebox helps here much) or just oreder hacking the site. DDOS is also an option - if it's not working for some time it'll drop too
 
Try PTC sites for sending him very cheap paid useless human traffic continuously for some time and this will ban his CPA or adsense account!

I know that you are right and I should just move on. But the way this guy treated me crossed all the limits. If I can screw up the site is some way, and then send him an email saying "lolz", the feeling will be totally worth it! ;)

Not sure why exactly is that strange. I thought "couple" was the synonym of the word "few", but English is not my mother tongue so please correct me if I'm mistaken.

That would probably not work because you first need to register on the site in order to be able to access the CPA offers. It's an incentivized CPA where users can fill out surveys in exchange for virtual currency points. If you take a look at the site you will see what I mean. ;)

Try to play with mind of that fucked indian. Just manipulate him and stole the website from it.

What I did a few years back to some knobhead who stole my MSN details was:

A. Find out information about the person from who is to facebook to whatever.

B. Use the details and create a fake phising site, a good one.

C. E-mail the culprite pretending to be a genuine email and try and make it genuine not like " Your account has been hacked" but more like " You have a new notification on your Cpanel etc

D. After he tries to log in his information will be phished.

E. Finally Use the info to log back in and take control of your site, or even get some revenge on other sites.

Ive done this 2 times to proper dicks, i,e, MSN and an ebay account who gave me NEG feedback for no reason. So i went in and changed it myself.
