    since last 2 weeks:
    - indexed kws dont increase
    - impressions keeps being/going low
    - position not increasing / decreasing

    what i did:
    - was fixing redirects few times to make them "shorter". during that fixing i multiple times ruined my redirects, eg http didnt redirect to https, some redirects didnt work at all, etc, and my site was in this state for month or two i think. the reason why my redirects didnt work is because im bad at htaccess, but now i checked everything and they work properly
-adding categories, category slugs and changing urls
    -changing titles and meta descriptions
    - changing post content of all posts
    - changing wp theme
    - adding at least one new image to every post

idk man, seems my ADHD is very bad with seo.. the reason i dont rank is probably because i keep changing urls.. then problem with redirects arise.. now i have the redirects working ok.. but google already knows my website was broken for months, wew

    That doesn't help at all.

If I were you I will use any of this SEO on-page analysis tools like Screaming Frog and stick to it. Don't over do too much because you will be missing two things: Time to do more content and wrong practices that may hinder your progress

Personally I like to have 1 or 2 sandbox sites for these kind of experiments. Sites that by no means give me any good money. If I find something that really helps then I implement in all my sites.

And never implement more than 1 big thing a month. Otherwise you won't be able to track the changes. If you want to change 3 things at a time, you need 3 sandboxes. This is how it works.

Another tip: technical SEO is 80% a waste of time 20% useful.
Content creation and intent satisfaction analysis is 80% useful 20% a waste of time
Focus your time on what it gives you more. And technical SEO hardly ever is worthy, unless you are in that 20% of a full shit site that needs to be structured from zero. But looking at what you wrote, you seem to be in that 80% of wasting your time.

From the graph it doesn't look completely dead. It's still higher than it was in the beginning.

That's most likely cause of your troubles.

I would create, nice, clean, SEO friendly slugs and stick with them.

That example is OK but generally yeah, it can attribute to over-optimization big time since URL is one of the most important places you can put your keyword in.

    Extreme example would be:
    yoga-pants-paradise.com/yoga-pants/best-yoga-pants-for-men/
