Few of my sites keep jumping from position #1 to around #400 almost every week. Few days #1 then few days of massive drop to around 400 position.

I decided to add more content and do more deeplinking ... dunno if it will help.

Any idea what's going on ?

Yeah, you may be penalized if this has been going on for 6 months. I am assuming since you post here you have done BH promotions. I would personally 301 redirect the domain to a new domain with all the same content. This should resolve your problem. The penalty is based on the domain, and in my experience when you 301 redirect to a new domain you get all of the juice but none of the penalty. I havent done this in about 8-10 months but I know it worked for me.

Thanx mate, will check it out.

How long will it take Google to transfer the juice from old to new domain ?

A few days to a week probably to get all of the new pages indexed in my case.
