I have several websites and they all seem to google dance very often and for quite some time some gone even months. And one of them seem to be gone/google dancing more then others, is there any particular reasons for it?

Diversity in my links is the key and I never build much links to them.. please share your opinions, thanks.

I have had the same thing happening to a site of mine and have been bouncing around from page 2 to page 6 for the past few days. I actually saw it bumped to page one for a split second for a highly searched term I have been trying to rank for for about a month and a half now. I am happy with the results since I was unranked this time last month for keyword that gets

1.5 million global monthly searches and 450k local according to keyword tool

Sit down and do some bookmarks with your favorite tools. Remember, if you have a new - dont wait to long to bookmark.

Bookmarks should be done early. Preferably, once they are cached. Dont build any links if your site is not "cached"

Whenever you are building backlinks to a webpage, your rankings will bounce around. This is normal. It's just Google trying to decide where to rank you.

The best thing you can do is continue to build links and add some good content to your sites consistently.

Also, Google has just recently launched the next phase/update for their Panda algorithm, so I'm sure lots of webmasters will continue to see rankings bouncing around.
