I was leading the industry, niche for few years now.....
then I was working on another site on the server...and did a redirect to a subfolder.....
by mistake i redirected all the sites to that site via permanent redirect in htaccess...

as soon Google spotted my mistake...they deleted the site from top positions...
    i fixed the mistake immediately....
will my site come back to top 10?
    Or am I done...
it was honest mistake...just building a new site and redirecting it from public htm to subfolder
i picked up the bad redirect code and now site is gone for almost a week...seems the google bot are not visiting it...
    what to do?

Most likely will come back where it was soon.No worries. Just give it some time.

Tip: Share your sites on social media in order for g bot to visit your site faster & more frequently.

Resubmit your sitemap to the Google. Then it will appear in Google SERP. Then also post your links or pages in social media and also make social bookmarking your site.

Give some more time bro, don't give up just yet. Keep adding content and backlinking - business as usual. Then pray! :p

Sorry for that. However, I am sure that you will regain the top position after some time. Just give the crawlers sometime to go through the new website. On the other hand, keep on improving the new website and also mat=rketing it. It will help you build on top of the previous website. Also you need to know that SEO is always an ongoing thing.

resubmit ur site map + fetch the site using google wmt (select follow all links)
This would make the google bot realize that there r no redirections now.

As stated above resubmit your sitemap and you should be good to go. I have made mistakes in the past and had the same issue. I mostly use WP and there are a couple plugins that you can use for automation and submitting a new sitemap every month. Just run a search for google sitemap submitter and you'll see some options. Good luck and hope it comes back.
