My Review Blog is it doing well need suggestions about SEO

hey there fellows
i started a review blog 10 - 15 days a go with almost 10 article already posted to it which are unique and not spun i trying to make backlinks for my blog but i just don't exactly how to do so on blog commenting should i just put my link of the blog or there's some kinda code,
and it's a authority blog please give me some suggestions to improve ranking in google without software thanks

and also how to monetize it because adsense isn't currently accepting me
and i heard that using cpa get blogger account deleted so what to do

Read blueprints in my signature. It it seems too hard, then quit SEO now because it is not for you.

Probably because you're asking a question that has been answered 1000x already instead of using search. If using that amount of effort was too difficult for you...
