Here's a recent snap shot of a niche ive been running with adwords and clickbank. averages to about 60% in profit on the clickbank front end.

    because i build a list, i later upsell with a $2600 product.

average profit per customer is $3000+++

adwords account bans are a pain. after running so many tests, avoid
certain dubious niches, and work with the ones that adwords is happy with.

How often are you being banned and what are you doing to get back in?

i got many many accounts banned by adwords. almost more then 20.

with the latest slap spree in nov 2011, its now getting harder and harder.

my later adwords account. i had to get a new roaming ip, new computer, new credit card that did not link to my address.

    new everything.

it used to be easier. but with google adwords getting smarter these days, i find it necessary.

once they got a rader lock on your browser, time zone, you are going to have to be a completely new person.

    Gruzin:

its not the keyword that is the issue.

    its the website.

i had 2 websites, one with affiliate links, one without.

    the account got banned.

i wrote in to adwords on the contact us page.

few days later, adwords editorial replied, your site ( the one with the affiliate links) is flagged.

I asked any other site, reply was, that is the only one.

    that account was basically over.

    So.

Start a new site, new adwords account.

this time no affiliate links, all original content.

build a list, affiliate link is secondary. my main focus is original content that
keeps users on my site and happy.

adwords can track how long visitors stay on your site.

moving into 2012, if we're thinking of pushing affiliate links from known affliate networks, need to avoid the usual redirects, and sneaky stuff.

the same effort put into doing all that might as well be focused on giving a good user experience.

we can later on push the affiliate links with an email blast and make back the money.

... and choose the right niche... some niches are just plain dancing with death with adwords, if our idea is to have hands free income with adwords, nothing funky cause the editorial team and bots are going to catch u sooner or later.

Are you using opt-in on the landing page ? (safe method)

or using direct link which results in ban ?

or using aff link on landing page which is again gives disapproval ? or ban ?

opt in on the landing page... i also made sure my site is thick enough with original content. if visitors opt in and don't stay on your site, im almost 90% sure that site will be disapproved in the weeks ahead once enough data is gathered about visitors behaviour that reached on your site by adwords.

and the opt in, the wording cannot be something that promises crazy stuff.

Dance Like Michael Jackson in 1 Week... that could be flagged as well, then later the acccount banned.

those results are not bad.. however, it seems like either you haven't sold any of that $2600 product or you're selling it using another method since those sales are not reflected in the report...

This means that if you want keep the account live as long as possible you will have to use some advanced psychology tricks in the content for the website.
Something similar to the one the pitch pages use "warm up the customers before they buy" but clearly not that obvious. Something that will indirectly keep the users reading all the stuff you have on your website (like blackhatters reading almost everything on bhw).

Your content should be long, interesting, full of facts and numbers, test results, interviews, longer videos and recommendations to watch those videos, etc. this keeps the visitors interested and they will spend more and more time on your website. I believe google would be more than satisfied.

We are all using a similar certain scheme to promote products which is based on reviews etc. Thinking out of the box will get you bigger conversions and less headaches.

He already posted that is the 'front end' results of Clickbank sales and then he builds a list to sell a physical product 'back end' which is not Clickbank related!

Well considering not a single "guru" makes anywhere close to what they claim and almost none know more than a novice about the stuff they write courses on, I'd say you're more than qualified. Seriously, you've got "gurus" selling info products that can't even break $100 bucks a day in IM.

adwords..yes. hv also few other traffic sources that was "forced" to become familiar with after google banned my accounts. but now im back with adwords again. too much quality traffic there to give up on.

get into a niche that allows clickbank to front sell, then find a physical product to dropship...somewhere down the sales funnel...

make money online, weightloss, these are heavilly monitored, so to make sure ads are up and running, generating income for 12 months quietly, error on the side of caution, do MORE for the site, the editorial team are itchy finger to ban these type of sites.

the psychology to go by when building these sites and avoid an account ban is...

"offer tips to problems. do not promise anything."

    - if you offer tips on how to lose weight, adwords will not get banned.
    - if you promise lose weight quickly in days, adwords account will get banned.

    - if you offer tips on how to use adwords in a business, you are safe
    - if you promise how one can make big money with adwords, you are banned.

niches that are local, do not have 1000s of affiliates promoting, are relatively safer. i hv ads running for local markets that are left undisturbed by adwords editorial.
