Hey, I have a re seller hosting account, and my hosting just randomly failed. When I contacted the place I buy re seller form they told me they needed to create a support ticket for me. So needless to say, my hosting will probably be down for some time... Now I have a couple clients who expect 99.9% up time from my hosting. They have not seen it yet, should I send out an email to them, should i hope they do not see it. If they complain I have no choice but to reimburse them for the month, if that happens I may not only lose the month, but they may also change to another host. What is the best way to handle this?
