Maybe use some social bookmarking sites to bookmark then so they get indexed faster?

I heard some people saying that tweeting your posts after your published helps indexing them quicker.

This works great. I've had posts indexed and on page 1 in under 2 hours using this method (Freshness update FTW). They ended up falling back off page 1, but at least i know they were indexed quickly. (Facebook shares on public account and Google +1s also help)

As BassTracker pointed out, pinging via wordpress works great.

Using Google Sitemap Plugin or Yoast Sitemap and resubmitting the sitemaps works well. In Google Webmaster Tools, under "diagnostics," you can "fetch as Googlebot."

Last but not least, comment on a super high volume blog/website. Those sites are getting crawled constantly, so the link to your site will be picked up sooner or later.

Are you sure the posts aren't being indexed? try doing a search to see using site search: (i.e. "site:yourdomain.com keyword_in_post_title"). Since the Caffine update years ago, Google has been awesome about indexing new pages.

Definitely, giving comments on the blogs and websites relevant and related with your website may be the best way of indexing your website very fast in search engine of Google.
