I have been working on this personal development blog for some time now, I was just wondering what you guys thought about it. Is there anything I could improve. All constructive comments are appreciated :)

i like it, it could be something i def could read. I need some hype for success lol. The only thing i would suggest is adding pictures or more attention grabbers to your posts.

I like the fact that it doesn't have all this random crap that distract add people like me. It's just a plain and simple design!

Design is very nice but google adsense ad unit is very below . User has to scroll a lot after this exercise he can see the ad . SO you will get less money if less users see ads. You can also put ads between two blog posts.....:pat:

I figured a personal development blog shouldn't really be focused all that much about ads, but more about helping people. I figured I could monetize more from coaching programs I am working on and affliates that I have to start looking for :) I think I will only keep the one adsense strip on the bottom just for a little extra juice, adsense is at the bottom of my monetization plan.
