My paypal account just got restricted due to high risk transactions. Now i cannot send or request money or close my paypal account. They are asking me proof of last 6 transactions and now i am kinda fucked because of all the blackhat activities i have been doing on it. What could happen now? Am i in trouble or is there a way out of this.

Open a new account ;)PP are a pain in the A** Wonder why many people still use them...
 
Don't ever use PayPal to receive payment! I use PayPal only to buy things online, but never to receive payments.
 
how can i open a new account? dont i need another bank account for this and its linked with my social security number
 
This happened to me about a year ago when I was selling chinese iphones on CraigsList...man was that stupid. Learned from it and moved forward though.

Anyway, I tried sending the invoices as well as tracking/shipping info to PayPal, and in the long run had to pay back all the money. (Got my chinese phones back though.)

Depending on the amount, you could just ignore it and move on; depending on how much it is PayPal might not bother with collections, or being serious about it.

I had over 5k I owed them though and unfortunately those fuckers came for it. Like they need it?
 
yes they are asking me for all the information like the tracking info and suppliers info etc. they will figure out if i send them fake info. What if i ignore it.. i am kinda confused right now :confused:
 
I wanna ask a question here. Can you withdraw money from Paypal after their 180 days restriction peried is passed?
 
they havent mentioned anything like 180 days..they just said limited restriction...and i dont understand why have they mentioned that you cannot close your account. What are they planning to do.
 
I'm just wondering what sort of activity you did that you can not proof it ?
If it is legal money you should be able to give them the info they need, if not .. wtf do you give them your social security number ?
 
there were 3 disputes recently on my account thats how i got into the picture. But now they are asking for the last 6 transactions details. If i don't provide them with proof will they automatically refund the payment out of my account?
 
not here in the UK lol... but then again I created my paypal a long time ago! I had the same problem buddy... I just blamed it on the postal strikes here in the UK, and the call centre guy Dave, restored my account back to normal again, didn't even need any proof in the end!
 
if i use the same bank account details for another new paypal account. will it be able to accept it? or will it deny to add it.? i don't wanna risk trying it out first since another paypal account of mine got restricted today. I don't know what the fuck is going on.
 
I had the same problem years ago. Had a stupid charge back from someone and it left my account in the red. Of course I did not pay it, was not my fault they fell for some bull. Anyway get a VCC and accountnow*c0m will give you an instant bank account to verify. Link these to an accessible but DIFFERENT address. Do not use your current email address linked to the limited account. You will be able to receive funds and send them under the new "stealth" account. However I have not gotten over this part. There is a $500 montlth withdraw limit on paypal if you do not provide your SS. So you will not be able to get any money pass $500 each month. If somebody could shed light on that part I would greatful.... tried using my EIN, doesn't work. Can't even get a debit card. Anyway once you find the answer to the SS $500 limit your good to go under the new address, and VCC and the bank account will be verified
 
we used a prepay cc and got our pay pal so they cant get at our bank acct.
