Its a auction site, I tried to open a new account but they noticed the IP address.
I can get a new contact address, but need a proxy that will not show a red flag any suggestions please.
To use this site you have to be located in Australia or New Zealand.

Just go through an AU or NZ proxy, free or paid. You can find some of them here or just G it.
