Great journey! I just realized this hasn't been updated since last year--anything new to report?

Maybe the op got rejected a few times and gave up?

In my experience dealing with small biz owners, (I have NOT done this for a few years) is they are tricky, AND really ONLY care about 1 thing and that is more PROFIT!

"Offline" businesses do NOT buy just anything put in front of them. The most common thing they will buy is a solution to a problem they know they have and that is costing them time, money, customers or all three.

Even though ORM is is a solution to a problem & can increase the biz profits, i just think its hard to sell to the tricky stingy biz owner.
