Today i got one decent gadget from China, it is LCD programmer, it allows me to replace screens from Iphone 8-11 also.
This device can read information from old LCD to new replacement screen. It will avoid loosing the true tone function on phones iPhone 8 and up, also fixes problems that may appear with touch screen on these newer model phones. It cost me 50 euros and ordered it from China. IMG_20200502_114455.jpg IMG_20200502_114443.jpg

    Im happy with that product.

Not too many news in few last days.

I have bought one iPhone 7 with battery problem for 70 euros and it should arrive to me tomorrow according to the tracking of the parcel.

Also i have brainstormed how i could get better supplyment with new displays for the phones, i have wroten to around 5 companies in Europe and alot in china for co-operation. So far i negotiated longer with one Chinise company who provide screens by themselves without any resellers, so straight from the company. I know they make pretty decent quality screens and i made trial order from them today for 118 euros. It includes 8 screens. Im accepted the deal and gave it a shot as they promised me 10 days delivery to my country as their previous experience to Eastern Europe.

    Lets hope the best.

    Bit news.

As i mentioned before i made some connections with Chinise factories, contacted factories straight.
I made 1 order from Chinise company that produces veeery deecent quality LCDs and one order from other company who makes batteries.

Battery order should arrive in 15 days regarding to the UPS company, but i kinda belive UPS as they are decent company. Ordered 25 different iPhone batteries.(sample order)

With LCD order i made new record, 3 days from china to Estonia. ( in northern/eastern europe). Package was 91 usd and postage 33 usd. Also in that time i had to deal with customs because i got f****d by them and had to pay 22 addional euros for taxes :D happened first time with me, but without that it would even be 2 days delivery to me. Im really impressed and i will surely continue cooperating with this Chinise company. That sample order had 8 LCD screens: 2x for IP6s, 2x for IP7, 2x for IP7 plus and 2x for IP8. I ordered 2 different quality screens for both each model. Even the cheapest quality from chis company was better than mid range displays from Aliexpress. Colours are almost identical to original one, and the more expensive ones (2 times more expensive) they were refurbished original screens, perfect for me. Never seen such a cheap displays for such a good price and absolutley loved delivery speed. Thank you TNT(courier company that delivered my goods)

Proof of 3 days of transport from China to Estonia:

Also today as testing the quality of the screens i completley fixed one Iphone 6s as i had decent battery also for that. Also i can fix completley one Iphone 7 plus 128gb one and one Iphone 7 now with these screens i recieved now, as i already have decent batteries for these, will do them at weekend. All the other phones gotta wait for the battery delivery from china, i hope it will go fine.

Will add some before and after pictures of the Iphone 6s 32gb that i fixed today.

    BEFORE:

Phone screen was completley smashed, backcover was really bad and battery was dead, it worked 10 seconds maximum without the charging cable and wifi had some problems. But came with box for and i just payed 25 euros for that phone.

    AFTER:

Replaced screen, housing, battery and wifi antenna. So basically new phone.
Used some housing i got from Lithuainian package, it looked pretty decent, just had a little barely visible dent on the housing. Overall it looks pretty decent.

Will get 120 euros for that phone for sure.(maybe even more as it is boxed and everything works completley. Also added new headphones from my big box i ordered for 60 euros and a charging cable.(contained around 120 iPhone headsets)

Some other info. The one package i ordered in March havent still arrived, i started complaint today to the logistics company and aliexpress and i hope i will get my money back and i can use that money for ordering from the new chinise company i ordered now last time.

I hope someone still likes to read my topic, if so i will keep posting here as i go.

Can you ship to other countries? Or do you only sell locally?

Basically i could ship worldwide but the service price would be too high and there will be no point, until the customer would pay for the transport it would be fine. Im selling in Baltic countries and Finland, postal service is 8 euros maximum.

Sup m8, I would like to get in iPhone flipping/repairing business as well. Currently I ve fixed and flipped just 2 iPhones 1 was 6S and second was 7. Ive got to change just batteries and reproductor so far, hovewer Im worried about screen repairs and homebutton repairs. Is it true that on iPhones 7 and newer its not possible to replace screen or homebutton without loosing TouchID feature? Also when you do that, do people buy them like that? I know there are some china replacement for TouchID but I think you need to have bluetooth turned on always so it works. Im a bit scared that people wont like to buy phones like these. Also where do you source your phones from? I buy them of e-bay and so far so good, but Id like to have more sources to work with.

Hey, this is true if you change homebutton of iPhone then you loose touchID functionallity, thats why i am taking buttons from old screens and put the old button with new screen. Also newer iphones from 8 loose True Tone if you excange screen but against that work reprogramming LCD, im using programmer from one chinise company called JC abd with that you can get this true tone functionallity also back to new screen.

But if homebutton is completly broke on phone i want to buy i pay alot less for them and use replacement button for 7 and 8. I replace them with button that works without needing bluetooth but yes, in this case touch id is still lost but phone is usable as before with the button, just without touch id and i sell them cheaper. But for me its not too big loose as i buy and sell them cheaper and profit level will stay around same. Ofcourse i let buyers know that touch id is not working.

So you buy iPhone with broken screen, you order new screen from China and then just replace that screen but still use the old homebutton? Dont u need to pair it or something like that? ... Also could you please send me link for that programmer you bought? Last time I checked them they were for around 100 - 150€, if you have cheaper one that is working perfectly that would help me a lot! :)

No need to pair buttons if you use the old button. You can find programmer from Ali if you google for Jc display programmer. Around 50 usd it is.

Interesting journey, I know the cell phone repair market is huge! Especially depending on your country where some of these devices sell for a premium no? unlike the US.

Also, I looked into this as well I tinkered around with a lot of iPhones there is a really cool jig that you can have to test all the different modules. I seen it from this youtuber from china that does a whole bunch of crazy things with iphones. (you probably know who I am talking about)

Check it out I think its mainly for the iphone 6/7
    "Mijing STT"
    https://www.ebay.com/i/173389757481?chn=ps

There is also another cool little tool for testing battery health and status. Can't find it right now

I am aware of all these gadgets but these all are just making life easier, i can tesr every circuit on the board without having all this cool looling stuff also, they are not neccsesarily needed, they just simplify, or make life easy for real beginners.

i have seen alot of battery readers also, not using them by myself as i dont see point of them, i can revieve batteries with just multimeter. Also repair shops that use these devices are sneaky sometimes, they just fake the battery exhanges and thing by rewriting old batteries over to make them look like new ones. I am not doing this as i can get cheap but original batteries for myself to use them in my refurbished or client phones. Im trying to to good quality work and gain more respect in my city by that.

I hope to see my iPhone 6s screens and batteries soon, so i can continue fixing the phones and gather some more cash to get alot "new" broken phones. They are coming since 05.March but today i saw from tracking the displays reached Tallinn, as batteries were ordered with UPS i hope to see them in one week now.

    Also what happened latley?

I sold both of the phones i fixed latley, the 7+ and 6s.

    These 2:

    And result is:
    papp.jpg

    7+ went for 250
    6s went for 120

Buying price of 7+ was 90 eur
Buying price of 6s was 20

    Spareparts price for 7+ was 16.26 and 6s 7.54

So, profit for these 2 phones were ratatataaaa:
    profitid.png

231.2 euros, not too bad for few hours i guess.

I need to scale up and i will be fine.

I cleaned cleaned my drawer abit and found one iPhone 6s battery that was decent, 99% life.

So i decided to fix one iPhone 6s Rose Gold 64gb i had.

Needed to replace display, change back camera glass lens and cleaned loudpeaker as it did very bad sound at beginning, tought i gotta put new one but after cleaning it was like new.

I did pay this phone for 33 euros(30+ postal service) and predict to sell it for 120-140 eur.
