working on this right now guys, I have to pump out some niche related stuff first for my students though. So it may be just a bit longer.

Flipping is gambling.

No offense to anyone, but this is not a business model it's a casino game.

When you're already banking 6 figures a month, flip to your heart's content. Until then, persuade people to give up their personal info or credit card number to get what they think they want because human nature always pays better and more consistently than a guessing game about the future.
