Site looks pretty good to me.

I would put a bit more focus on the sharing buttons to build some momentum.

What I usually do with my sites is:

    - run a social locker for a few weeks to build up traffic/shares (e.g. tweet for access, like for access)
    - switch to a content locker on the most popular shows (switch between that and the social locker to keep momentum)

Make sure you test different monetization methods as every site is different and different traffic sources can convert in varying ways depending on the demographic.

You can (and should try) either on their own or as a combination:

    - purely ad based
    - pop-unders
    - affiliate programs (watch tv online)
    - content locking
    - pay per download (e.g. download this video player)

I run a combination and each can be very effective depending on the site.

    Thank you :)

we are currently using affiliates and adsence.

it seems like every TV show website has loads of popup, popunders and since i went live 20 days ago i think the main reson i managed to get 11,000 views in them first 20 days without advertising is because we dont FLOOD with ads, it would be nice to make some money of course but its a fine line between earning as much as possible and just purely annoying your members.

i was thinking about a 15 second wait before a video loads unless your VIP, VIP membership would be REALLY cheap (maybe $1 or $2 a month) what do you think ??

I agree with what meathead1234 is saying, but I can also give you a small tip for monetizing. Once you do that social locker, do NOT have any form of advertisements on the page. When you do switch to a monetizing method, you can add a play button to the middle of each episode before it loads. Sign up for a PPD website, and for the play button, onclick a widget form prompting the user to finish a quick offer to continue watching. Of course you would have to have a duplicate video where the play button does not function as a widget, but I think it's do-able.

Be careful with Adsense as they will probably ban you.

From our testing, it's better to use a content locker and get them to complete an offer that pays you $1-$1.50 rather than make them pay $1 as it's a lot easier to persuade someone to give you their email than a payment (and you need to be careful collecting payments for copyrighted content). Obviously I will probably sound biased so I would recommend testing for yourself!

Took a quick peek and I have to say that it looks great.
You can add an option where registered members can watch the show as soon as it's added while other users have to wait few hours or a day up to you.
Now how you will monotize this is by adding CPA on the registration form.
Of course this won't make you an insane amount of money, but if you are getting $1 per registration it would be some nice extra cash.
You would still have to work on other income options.
You can perhaps add a subscription where they get mail whenever a new episode is added to a show they watch.
Again you can lock the "subscribe" button with CPA or you can set a monthly payment option, though as meathead said it's a bit risky to get paid for something you don't own :)

Beautifull work and great layout and content
i would also restrict some countrys ip's from acessing the content as ur adsense earning follows the quality of the visitors.
i learned this the hard way.

    Good luck

ok before i say anything, can i please just say a big thank you to everybody, i have NEVER had so much help with 30 mins before, i LOVE THIS SITE!!!

Right.... Im a bit scared about the contenct locking, i have many times my self in the past gone to a website and left as soon as i see the "do a free survey" lightbox. It is differently something i will look into and maybe even trial run.

I also totally agree 100% about the adsence not being a good option, it was my first choice and i regretted it.

is there any chance somebody could explain this "adding CPA on the registration form" what would this involve?

DADDYMAX, do you happen to know what country's is best to filter out ?

as you can tell i like to build websites, but as for monetizing them...... im just terrible.

Also a thank you for the kind words about the website :) its very nice of you's

About the CPA(content locking) the registration form I myself have never done it and I'm not sure how to do it, but I'm 100% sure it's not that complicated.
I can't remember where I saw it, but I believe I saw this on a torrent site related to MMA, so if anyone knows it, it would be nice to tell us the name so OP can see what I mean.
Basically with the torrent site, you had to be registered to download torrents(like most private torrents) and when you pressed on register you would get an offer which you have to complete in order to unlock the window where you fill in the registration.
As I said I'm sure it's pretty easy to do, someone who have more experience with websites should be able to give you an idea on how to do it.

The beauty about this is like you said I myself have used content locking on this type of sites and at 1 point people just stopped doing the serveys, but with what I suggested, they can still watch a show they want, so it won't be offputing. Also I'm pretty sure that once you gain the trust of the people most will do the offer to register, so that they can watch the show they like as soon as it's added.

P.S. Sorry about the horrible English, but I'm literally writing without thinking as I'm in a hurry. It's Friday night after all :)
