Well I'm reasonably new to Blackhat world, although I have been lurking around the forums for at least a few years. I have learned a lot from everyone, so first a big thanks to the forum and everyone that makes it what it is.
I have been running typically an online coaching business in Sports for the better part of 7 years. Over those 7 years, 90% of my clients have come from word of mouth and referrals, with that last 10% coming from online.
While the business is pretty stable, it hasn't really grown, its kind of stagnated. So I finally decided to get off my arse and put a big effort into the online side of things. I have clients all over the world, but the country I currently live in, people seem to be very tight with money and want my 20+ years knowledge for free. I coach a range of athletes beginners, amatuers, professionals and olympians.
So my goal is to target America, UK, Australia and my home country NZ more.
I have a quality website I built myself, which is now getting updated with unique articles every few days based around LSI. Recently put together pre-built training plans to get some extra revenue ( I usually work with monthly programs, so i get an ongoing turnover of money each month). Laid down some Seo building for my main keywords.
I have tried with Facebook over the years but never had any real success with it, and have currently built up my Instagram account to around 10 000.
While I have a full time job which is related to my niche, to keep a stable monthly income, my coaching takes up around 10hours work a week with the clients I have. Which i fine-tuned, through hundreds of pre built workouts which mean i can drag and drop into the system I have. Saving me easily 5-10hours a week.
Right now I am putting down around 70hr weeks (including my full time job) trying to make this happen, while the money side of things is no problem to invest, since i can just invest the coaching income to build the business more.
I also have been writing articles for numerous other websites, and magazines. But put this on hold to put more time into my business
