Sup everyone Ive been lurking around here for a minute and think that I've learned enough to start a successful journey. I got my niche and I think I should do fairly well.
    Here's what I have planned

already got hosting hosting at rmx
uploading at least 5 posts a day
    Getting backlinks from fiverr
Buying some cheap pop up/under traffic
also buying some good traffic from facebook/google

I'm also open to advice from people who actually make money online.

In California if you can present yourself and sweet talk then you have a never ending supply of jobs.

Why not do IM and your job together?
And that way you know that you have a salary you can rely on.

No offense. You have a bad plan. Anyways, it is something you want to do. Go for it and learn lots of things . But never leave your job. After 2-3 years of experience, make your decision.

You better post 1 quality post every 2-3 days. Do not buy cheap traffic. Useless for conversion.

Good Luck with your journey! :)

Also to everyone else, his plan may not be solid but, why do we fall?

So we can learn to pick ourselves back up.

I rethought my idea due to some advice from you guys. So What I am doing now is instead of buying cheap traffic and links. I've decided to go social and I made a twitter page and a facebook page

Im also making a youtube page because I already have a ton of videos over 60 so maybe that should help with traffic

Now I'll just buy a few likes and followers to get the ball rolling . And if anyone knows how to get traffic from reddit please help me.

only reason to buy traffic is to pump a youtube video promoting yourself or to inflate a site for sale.

If you buy links from fiver, make sure you buy good ones. There are a lot of gigs there that will kill your site.

You are posting a lot right now, that is ok for a new site but I have found that on my site every new post hurts the older posts and it takes them a while to recover. (ex. I have a page ranked #1 on google, I make a new post, that page slips to #10, then over a month it slowly goes back up with some SEO)

best of luck, and I would not quit your job until you have a stable income of maybe $50+ a day from your site/ or you have somewhere yo live rent free ;)

    Ok I have an update

I quit my job just couldn't take it anymore my pride and dignity was being taken. Also I know that place was holding me back.

    The Good News

I managed to actually make some money online. I posted ads on craigslist for my web design services and I actually got 2 customers.
I made 100 bucks from my first customer. I would love for this to be my new main source of income. I made a fiverr gig as well hopefully I can get a few customers from there.

I also have my site still going I'm adding videos to it everyday. Google is loving it I'm getting steady traffic from there. I haven't monetized it yet but I'm waiting til I get at least a couple thousand viewers a day.

I also signed up with peerfly and im going to start ppc + landing pages + offers as well.

I've been working so hard to make money online. My first 100 was good but I need more.
You have already been helpful any more advice would be cool too.

    Wish me luck guys

I quit because my gm treated me differently than everybody else I got no raises or promotions and I was the 3rd longest tenured employee. I think it was because I was black. Hurt my feelings and my pride.

I was also thinking about the same thing, quit my stressful job once my affiliate earnings per month are much higher and stable for good. But not right now, need to work harder. Hang in there buddy, I know you are getting there to become successful in no time.
