    Background info
I have another Affiliate Site I made that is making about $600 per month which in theory should have been able to sell for 5 figures but it's difficult to sell because I made it too personal, I get paid in bitcoin, It's a mess and to be honest I really didn't build it with the intention to flip it. I have noticed Amazon Affiliate sites can be sold with only 3 months of average earnings for 20x the monthly profits. I will be building my new site with the sole intention of flipping it. I have about $600 to invest into all of this.

    My Keyword Research Method
My niche will be Office Furniture but I won't be trying to rank for "Cheap Office Chairs" but instead for something more along the lines of "Office Chairs For Fat guys" Let me explain...

If you search on Google: allintitle:Office Chairs For Fat Guys
    [IMG]

You can see only 3 websites are targeting that keyword. That's only 3 websites I need to outrank and SerpWorx shows the top site has shit Domain Authority and no links!!

Now If you search on Google: allintitle:Cheap Office Chairs
    [IMG]

You can see there about 8,000+ websites targeting that keyword I need to beat and a really strong site showing up first. These are not my actual keywords but I will be following this same keyword research practice, I cannot take credit for this method as I learnt about it from an SEO called Alex Gould. Once the site builds up authority I will rank for the harder keywords like "Cheap Offie Chairs".

    My 3 Month Plan

    30 days in
    • Register Fresh Domain, Set Up Hosting, Premium Theme, Set up Social Profiles For Website.
    • Find 10 to 20 Long tail keywords Using Alex Gould Method
    • Use Serpworx to analyse first page of competition and find weak sites.
    • Write Content myself and order some as well.

    60 days in
    • The articles should have aged a little bit by now and indexed with help from the social profiles
    • Build Web 2.0 Backlinks for some keywords
    • Keep building more keywords and content

    90 days In
    • Use PBN Links for pages that have ranked well with web 2.0's
    • Hopefully see some profits

    What I Will Be Using

Google Adwords Planner - What SEO doesn't use this....
SerpWorx - I will be using this to analyse my competition and find my money keywords
TheContentAuthority - I will hire writers with this if I don't have time to write myself
iPage Hosting - I like this hosting company
PBN - I will probably be investing in a Private Blog Network

Ok, I will be updating this thread hopefully everyday showing you what I am doing for public accountability. Feel free to ask questions or offer any advice.

Plan is nice but I suggest to remove your keywords to avoid getting conpetitors. It will be easier for you to rank. .
Remove keywords till everyone glances at.

These are not my keywords, they took me 30 seconds to find. Please read through the thread.

    DAY1
Got my domain, Hosting and Premium theme set up. I won't be sharing my theme because there will be footprints for people to find my website. It's a theme that fits with my niche and will feature my face or someone elses face in the sidebar to build trust with the buyer traffic. It looks modern and is going to be looking SICK when I add in the images I want.

Set up Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Reddit, Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest and some other accounts. Will set it up so that my Wordpress posts get shared automatically to most social properties with the Publicise feature in the WP Plugin Jetpack. If anyone can suggest a better plugin please let me know.

Used SerpWorx to cherry pick 20 low comp buyer keywords, The plugin is showing at least 1 low DA site for every keyword on Page 1.

Right now I will start writing the About, Contact, Privacy pages and 3 keyword targeting articles. I will make 3 basic Youtube videos to accompany my articles with backlinks.
    Long road ahead.... :)

The comments on YT sum it up , they sure all look successful ads fuck /irony off.
The all in title/url part is too damn old. Analysis difficulty based on that is a joke. Google your keyword then look at the top 10. An easy as fuck KW may just turn very competitive.
For your example above , I doubt I would rate this as easy just given that no one specifically targets this keyword, may rather look at SERPs and see all e-com all huge authority.

Edit: Lol just watched the very beginning of the video, did you see the shithole the guy lives in ? Then the shitty looking slide.... Really all these webinars done by losers.

Another triple lol, he gave an example of "does modafinil keep you awake" no in url/intitle so must be easy ..WTF are you for real ? Losers

I've said it already, the example took me 30 seconds to find and is not my keyword.

I didn't link to the beginning of the video for a reason. You can look at that guy or you can look at another attendee in the webinar who doesn't even talk till the end called "Michael" who sold his website for $289,122

    https://empireflippers.com/listing/40216/

There is a 30 second Youtube video on Page 1 for "Does Modafinil Keep you awake"? I could rank that in 2 days, Get the fuck out of my thread

    Day 2
Worked about 12 hours yesterday, not all on the website unfortunately. Have some client stuff and was working on my other affiliate site trying to bring in more traffic, both things have tied me up today as well.

Today I am really focusing on the content for my site, My mentality was to just get anything up asap and fix it up when it ranks but I am now going to make sure it's perfect now rather than later.

Hopefully I can outsource more things soon...

    Day 3
Was just writing more content today. I've figured these updates are just going to be repetitive for a while so I'll start updating weekly instead of daily :)

Your keyword research is really cool.. i think its a must for making strong foundation for later stages.
What about your articles? Will you structured like 5-6 short reviews with intorduction and conclusion at the end?

    Im followin your thread.
    Good luck
