I'd recommend you focus more on plan 1 & 3.

I think plan 2 & 4 would require quite a lot of time before starting to see some ROI.

You could also start an SEO agency there depending on how competitive the market it there. And why would you need thrive themes specifically? Any particular reason why you cant use other themes?

Sadly I don't have that much experience in SEO to offer my services.

EDIT: ThriveThemes seemes like a complete bundle. I need a good theme which offers to build a platform for an online course. Also you get a loooooooot of stuff for 300 $ with ThriveThemes. (Landingpages, courses, a looot of plugins, themes, quizz builder, etc...)

Sadly there are some issues with my current (ex-)workplace and my (ex-)boss..

I hadn't much time and sleep the last weeks because of lawyer appointments etc.

But now everything is okay and I won. Wooohooo.

So now I'll travel to Greece next week and make some good ass holidays for 12 days.

And goddamn after that I'll make some fcking money. I'll read at least 3 - 4 books and my motivation is at a peak.

Yeah thanks man. I don't want to go into detail here. But this is just one more step to my new goal: Never ever work for anyone again. (In the position of an employee, of course I want to work for my customers *-* )
