My Journey To A $10K+ A Month Instagram Agency

What's going on!

Over the next few months I'm going to be doing a journey to generate new Instagram clients for a Instagram growth service I offer.

I will be completely whitelabeling removing myself from anything that has to do with managing the accounts for the clients.

I will only be doing sales and marketing for the company. I already have a partner in place and he is ready to go with the management.

I am not new to marketing and have owned a lead generation agency in the past, I am looking to go the route of offering services that require lower time investment and can easily be outsourced.

Having the IG service also makes it extremely easy to promote and is a low risk offer.

The way I will be contacting people is through cold email, contact form blasting and social media (IG/Facebook)

I have Virtual assistants in place to do all of the steps mentioned.

Based on my numbers I typically can get around 20-40 positive replies a day. I have sent messages in the past testing this offer and was able to bring in 20-30 leads a day. The problem was that I wasn't able to convert them. I now have a strategy that will help.

What I need to do now is prepare for this Monday to have everything in order. Typically I noticed I usually get 0 replies on the weekend from leads.

( ) Scrape 1k+ Emails From Instagram
( ) Scrape 100k+ Contact Forms
( ) Set Up Email Accounts For Cold Emails (1k A Day)

Does email marketting really work? It might be because I'm somewhat immune to the methods but whenever I receive emails with promotions I usually ignore them. Most of the time they go to spam

Yeah it definitely works. I can send 1k emails a day through multiple webmail accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, ETC) and they all reach the inbox.

I agree. I actually block and mark all these stupid marketing emails I get.

I’m not sure how can someone actually make this works?

I normally don't check my open rates due to having multiple accounts, but I typically receive around 5+ replies out of 100 non-personalized emails. And that is counting my negative and positive replies. Positive replies are around 1-2 out of every 100 emails

I agree, a lot of marketers don't know what they are doing when it comes to cold email marketing. People need to understand what their buyers want and offer it to them. Not spam them with diet pills

I offer a IG growth service. I scrape emails from D7leadfinder and Scrapebox

Hey everyone!

Tomorrow is launch day so I'm going to be doing these things

I also have already set up my email accounts and launched a contact form campaign so i have fresh leads in the morning.

Here are the quick updates of what I will do tomorrow:

I should expect 20-40 positive replies.

After I receive a reply I will simply direct them to my website that already has FAQ questions answered, A video, and my pricing and plans so they can buy right off the site.

Hopefully we get some traction and sales. I know this works because I have closed clients off of not having any website in the past for IG services. It's just a matter of scaling things up at this point!

Eventually I will be running paid ads on Google and Facebook as that seems to be my specialty.

I will let you know what happens at the end of tomorrow.

Update for today:

Send cold emails, and got one lead. He's wanting to work on comission basis, but I told him no and that we have a 30 day money back guarantee.

Waiting for him to get back to me on that.

I am going to be sending to a new list tomorrow that's targeted more so to Instagram users.

My biggest issue was that I was targeting business owners that predominantly didn't use Instagram as much compared to actual Instagram influencers/people that were on Instagram.

So I scraped a list and am going to be scraping more.

Currently I have a list of 1k+ instagram users email addresses that I am going to be emailing tomorrow.

This is looking like it will be promising.

You're whitelabeling the service. You need to be taking these emails to the phone once they've shown interest and not just trying to sell via email.

I know multiple 6 figure instagram agency owners that just sell online like that. I've sold a deal in the past that way without a website. And tbh it's not worth my time to hop on calls like that for that low ticket. I only hop on calls when I'm selling it for $1500+ a month. I'll let you know how it goes, but today was solely because I didn't get enough leads.

Hi there! Firstly cudos for actually taking steps to do something and try (and not just think about it until you ruin the idea as i am doing and pretty sure there are many others like me).
Interesting journey i wish u good luck with it.
I have one question though.. you said you offer a IG growth service.. i suppose that implies getting clients' accounts and manage it for a while.
If that's the case do u have any special strategy for not getting banned by ig while using so many accounts (or do u use any of that ig bots) ?
