My journey to $5 Million by end of Dec 2016

I've come across many proud self sufficient happy people in my life. The secret to their happiness from what I have observed is to set goals at arms length. Surround yourself with people who do the same and voila, happiness, fulfillment and satisfaction. Call it an achievement and settle down. Poor fuckers have no clue how miserable they actually are. I am setting a goal thats way beyond reach at this point. It is going to make me look miserable for a while, but reaching the goal is definitely going to be worth it. Once you get there 5 Million isn't really much, the goal is to get there in 55 weeks and then set a bigger goal.

Yep, that is roughly $13000 a day every day for the next 387 days. And no, I'm not going to make $13000 today or for the next few weeks to come most probably, which would mean I would need to make much more after the streams are setup and its time to cash in to be able to reach the goal within the stipulated time, Dec 31st 2016.

The first step as always is to set a goal and to setup a journal and thats what this is. I've tried OneNote and Google Docs, but they don't really motivate me or cheer me towards reaching the goal, which I hope I could expect to get from an open journal here apart from the few customary trolls which I guess I am capable of putting up with. The plan has been in my head so far, so the first iteration of it being written down is going to look like shit.

The Plan

$1K days from at least 13 streams = $500 days from at least 26 streams. Gotta keep the number of streams lower. Spend 3 hours a day every day to setup one new stream every week. Spend 6 hours a day on the traffic. 30 minutes of mandatory exercise, low carb diet, stay the fuck away from porn, keep the brain focused.

Affiliate networks and product owners are going to cut the checks as I don't want to get into Product/Services and process payments at this time.

Traffic should come from Pop Ups, Pop Unders, Tab unders, Facebook Pages, Instagram, twitter, PPC, banners and media buys.

Build multiple sites and landers, figure out SEO and establish some properties. If I get to flip em with a little bit of help, they would take me closer to the goal sooner.

Why $5 Million? Why not $100 a day? Why not 5 trillion?

Goal setting is a good thing. Fix a realistic number in your head and work towards it. I'm doing this to prove that goal setting works, and pick up some SEO and media buy skills along the way.

Would you reach the goal?
I have no idea. I do believe in it. I am going to stay focussed on it. I am setting out to drive from Seattle to San Diego at night, trusting the headlights will keep revealing the next 100 feet to me until I reach the destination. Should reach mostly, unless the setback is a fucking hurricane or something. The aim is to cross the goal. Logging progress on an open journal should keep me motivated to keep working on it.
